These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse DFGiftory or place an order through our website. By using the website or ticking the checkout agreement, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and agree to these terms.
Products, pricing and tax
We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, availability, and prices accurate. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees. The item price, delivery charge, any applicable tax treatment, and total payable amount are shown before you submit an order. Personalised products may vary slightly because they are prepared by hand.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase, not automatic acceptance. We accept an order only after confirming stock, delivery details, the final total, and the payment or payment arrangement. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or product error, an invalid address, suspected fraud, or another lawful reason. If payment was made before we decline an order, we will arrange a refund.
Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Where PayHere is selected, payment is processed by PayHere and its partner banks. We do not store full payment card details. An order is not treated as paid solely because a customer returns from a payment page; payment status must be confirmed by the payment provider.
Delivery
Dispatch and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery charges and available delivery areas are shown before you submit the order. Please review our Shipping policy for details.
Returns, refunds and complaints
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable Sri Lankan law. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, wrong, or materially misdescribed.
Website use and liability
You must not use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its operation. To the extent permitted by law, DFGiftory is not liable for indirect losses arising from website use or delayed delivery outside our reasonable control.
Electronic records and changes
We retain order, payment, and communications records as required for business, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page.
